Lady Fredreka Barker

Lady Fredreka Barker was born in Mobile, AL to her

parents Charlotte and Freddie Davis. Her mother worked

hard to keep her in a home full of intercessory prayer.

The youngest of five siblings, God had his hands on her

as a teenager. At the age of 13 she became a certified

minister from Word Alive Church.  She was privilege to

go on her first mission’s trip to Morelia Mexico at the age

of 14.

In 1998 she became a graduate of Lillie B. Williamson High School. She received a scholarship to sing in the chorus at Bishop State Community College. She obtained an associate degree in 2001. Her major was in Sociology, in Liberal Arts. It was in that she met her husband, Pastor Arthur R. Barker. He proposed to her, and they got married a year later. She became his helper and supporter in every move he made for the Lord. She has showed herself to be an extravagant hard working wife, and a caring mother to the five of her children, Shaundrea, Alexis, Arthur, and twins Alston and Albrey Barker.

When living in Memphis TN in 2002, she had the opportunity to serve and assist one of the most dedicated First Ladies in the C.O.G.I.C organization. Being there God showed her what an honor it is to be in that position but most of all the unselfishness, and sacrifice that it takes. As being a servant to God she realize her life was no longer her own, it belonged to God. She continues to grow in God’s grace.
